You bought a Subscription Plan for your Playbrush, which guarantees unlimited access to the Playbrush App as well as services like Brush Head Deliveries. Depending on the subscription you chose, a payment will be due annually or quarterly.

Definitely. The better your kids brush, the less you pay for the next renewal. Indeed, your kids collect points for every brushing session. Those can be credited towards your renewal payment or can be cashed out via PayPal. You can save up to £8 on the quarterly plan and up to £32 for the yearly plan, while still having access to the app and receiving refill deliveries.
Additionally, you will receive replacement brushes for an annual fee of only £39.99.

The Pro Plan will provide you with a yearly supply of brush heads.
When and how often will I receive the replacement brush heads?
With the yearly Plan we send you the yearly stock of 6 heads for your Playbrush once a year. With the quarterly Plan, you will receive 2 brush heads 4 times a year.
Please note that we will only ship your refills after the expiration of the free trial period.
Can we use Playbrush without the Plan?
Of course, Playbrush is a highly innovative and fully functional electric sonic toothbrush even without the Plan and that, for a great price with basic app access.
